The projects you see listed are all designed and completed by my own fair hands!
I have spent many years self learning the skills required to achieve the outcomes for these projects.
They have been sometimes been hard manual labour, such as digging down the floor of the cellar in Bank View.
I hope you enjoy looking through the process as detailed in the slide shows of the following renovations
Meanwood Road, Leeds
A derelict property brought back to life and was the initial house of Luna Womens Housing Co-op.
Bank View, Leeds
A one bedroom flat transformed into a two bedroom property by constructing a full tanking system with drainage. It is now a rental property and the various tenants have said that they would not have considered renting a one bedroom property!
Sydenham Place, Bradford
A house in poor condition, renovated to create 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. This house now able to have 2 full time lodgers, plus the 2 owners and a care leaver. It has been designed so that even with a house full there is peace and calm, everyone gets their space and everyone is well catered for. My partner and I live in this house.
Milford Place, Bradford
This was bought at the height of the market as a BUY TO LET PROPERTY and had been a total nightmare, in terms of our intention to rent to management students. Even so two years later when we really had had enough we still sold for a £5,000 profit due to the renovations which were carried out.
